Privacy policy

This website is operated by Rasul Kadraliev, an independent hospitality finance advisor, under the name Hotel Margin Lab (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what personal information is collected when you visit hotelmarginlab.com or contact me, and how it is used.

Information collected through this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded social media widgets, and it does not contain forms that collect personal information.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

When you contact me

If you email me, message me on WhatsApp or book a call, I receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, organization and the details of your inquiry. I use it only to respond to you, to discuss a potential engagement and, if we work together, to deliver and administer that work.

The call-booking buttons link to my scheduling page on Calendly, a separate website. When you book there, Calendly collects the details you enter (such as your name, email address and chosen time) and sends them to me. Calendly may also use its own cookies, as described in Calendly’s privacy notice.

I do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. Information is kept only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Third-party services

Links to external services such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Calendly are governed by those providers’ own privacy policies. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta), and emails are delivered and stored by my email service provider. Calls booked through Calendly take place on a video conferencing service whose details are sent when the booking is confirmed; that service’s own privacy terms apply.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information I hold about you, or to object to its use. To make a request, email [email protected].
